Our club has developed an obsession with thrift shopping and go to Vinnies or the Reject shop.
And getting rid of young up and coming players.
Perhaps that is due to nobody knowing how to coach them now that Flanno is leaving? Asking for a friend.

I think its precisely the reason why promising young players want to leave and go to play under a Bennett, Des, Bellyache...where's the development in playing under Seibold?

It was both. Fulton was primarily pathways and Des still had final say on his top 30. He just wasn’t crunching numbers anymore.
