I finally agree on the criticism of Garrick at centre. He looked out of his depth & uninterested tonight.

He’s had enough chances playing centre all season, I think he should go back to the wing & Tommy Talau comes into the centres.

On the way back from the game. From ground level it looked like our middles could get a quick play or bend the line, the offloads completely killed us, and they had too much in the ruck

After the tip from Garrick over the sideline, if I were Siebold I would have hooked him to wing and put Talau there.

Exactly. At least make a statement to Garrick that he may not simply walk into the position next season and he has work to do. He has been given backing and free passes for the whole season. I can’t recall, any other player given so much leeway to make such a positional change?..

Garrick got his wish to play centre with that contract extension and safe to say he hasn’t lived up to it. Doing harm to his career and he can only blame himself, was one of the best wingers in the comp…

Circling back on this. He had a shocker game that’s not a secret, but I generally think he’s a quality player and important for our side.

Its a shame he had his eyes set on a move to centre during contract extension talks because he was a very good winger. Still a good player in him but the consistency hasn’t been there at centre, and his form in general has dropped off.

Hopefully he can be talked into a move back to the wing… maybe for the sake of his long term NRL career. Issue is now is there a place for him on the wing with the emergence of Lehi

Yep have to agree re Reuben - gets lost in defense far too often.

We are missing something in our forwards - really need a top notch 2nd rower and as much as I love Jake I am not really sure where to go with him in the future. He really needs to go see a sprint coach during the off season.

No pressure on the roosters
Too many missed tackles
Too many errors
They had easy outs.

The few times we had the ball in there 20 We looked dangerous.

Once that JWH hit happened it was all over.

Worse way to go out not even putting up the fight.

We missed Saab tonight badly
Ruben must never been centre next year If we are going to go anywhere.

Huge off season ahead.

How can you even question those 3? They are the only reason we are not bottomn4. Thus issue is with our coach. A complete Muppet.

I was there - so many errors on our own 30 metre line. Roosters no mistake footy.

Garrick and Lawton don’t make the grade. Chez, Turbo, Brooks and Ola tried their guts out but had no peers. Talau was good.

As you said tonight it was clear turbo Brooks ola and chez tried everything but had no help frok others.

I see a few long seasons ahead with this squad croker is not 9 Ruben had to move back to wing and apart from ola our forward pack is so slow.

Tonight has not surprised me the slightest. We haven't backed up all year after a tough win. I'm disappointed, but sort of expected this.

And somebody who I haven’t addressed in my criticism tonight. The Preacher. This guy is the biggest sham in our forward pack, IMO. He puts in the odd decent performance here and there, but is too often MIA. He is no pack leader and takes up too much salary for poor return. I can’t believe we extended him. Dumb move, IMO.

This teams coaching and mentality is completely wrong.
It was 0-0 after 10 minutes, the first error is all you need to know about the team and why they will never win a premiership under this current coach and style.

I can't see us winning anything under his coaching.

I think we could be in for some very keen years ahead.

He won't lead us to the promise land, there is a reason the Broncos got last under his coaching.

I wouldn't give him an extension but the board and CEO think otherwise.

I hope what I said earlier is false but I can't see us a club getting to GF or even winning one.

Turbo Jake could go there careers without winning one.

We need to become a hard nose in your face defensive unit but i dont see this in this squad.

Yeah sorry for the loss mate, know how your feeling you shown a lot of respect to me on here I don’t mean to stir anyone up but after that performance tonight Jurbo on $1 million is ridiculous, the roosters had no right putting on that many points those edges just looked all over the shop, mate seriously though well done to the fans for packing the stadium so great to see
