Hi All, I have been registered on this Manly Forum since last August. I am down as a Junior Member, which is understandable because I am fairly new to this. I am just wondering how the categories work? Some Forum usres are Senior Members, some are Posting Freaks etc. Who decides on these categories and when?
You can actually set your own, but i cant remember how to do it, Its in profiles or settings or something. It used to work on post counts, but not sure if that is still a factor or not

Welcome, and as Fro says, it's true that you can make your own title. I have always assumed that the stars are awarded on merit, for example, for providing important information, or using logic to shoot down silly arguments, or just for being very humourous. Or modest. Could be wrong though.
its based on post counts. I know some people get upset at it, but they are really meaningless. I might expand what is there a little if people want.
