Between them, the students and those that travel across the border from Queenbeyan, somebody has to add some excitement to the place. Anywhere that celebrates a centenary with the whale balloon with big tits, is kidding themselves.

Well thats a bit disappointing to be honest. Had some friends who were going to come down the night before for this because they thought they could meet the players and get some photo's/autographs.

Perhaps that sort of information needs to be a bit clearer?

I will probably still attend though, but are we able to buy tickets at the door?

The function begins with a pineapple cruiser atop a tiled roof in a pleasant housing estate cul-de-sac, followed by a joyride in a v-8 ute pursued by federal police. Dinner will be served in a Goulburn pub, with entertainment that includes a mate's pants being set on fire at the urinal.

Really sorry to feel this way, unfortunately the Football Dept will not allow players to be involved the night before the game.

We do state this is a night with the coaching staff and have not said players will be in attendance.

Fully understand Larissa. That being the case, I still think it would be worth noting that players won't be there as opposed to not mentioning they will be. I can guarantee there will be some supporters buying tickets who will go there and be upset by that. The last thing you would want to deal with on the night would be people who might get upset, especially if they are bringing along with them young children who would be hoping to get a glimpse of their heroes close up.

I thought it was and everyone I spoke to enjoyed it. Good listening to Geoff, Don and Brenden talk about the guys preparation etc. The players were more than willing to have photos taken, sign shirts, hats etc as they came out to board their bus after the game. Well done to the Club.
