I'm no fan of Munster, but the way that I looked at that incident was that during the tackle, Munster was on the ground and had his chin and jaw (or part there of) on the ball.

In making the tackle, the Panthers player wrapped his arm around Munster's head, and in doing so, he placed his own forearm in Munster's mouth, and at the same time, he accidentally placed downwards pressure on the back of Munster's head which in turn, forced the bite from Munster onto his own arm.

In my opinion, there was no way that Munster could avoid the bite from happening. He didn't willingly carry out the bite.

Never watched the game feathered friend and so I do not have an opinion and I could not care less if both teams had bitten their heads off .

Yes I thought the same when crighton was ramming his nose into flanagan’s mouth whilst flanagan’s head was pushed onto the ground with nowhere to move. Flanagan still got busted for it, so who knows
