Yep but you need to provide to the NRL that you don’t have anyone in your current top 30 that can fill the position that you need so with Hastings there it’s hard for anyone in the half/hooker role to get a go

My local club. Bears are going great mainly due to a big pack led by Matt White (ex titan) and Brenko Lee in the backs .Ben Hannant also just resumed playing also. Kelly good at this level but doubt he can take the step up. Quite often these low earning guys need to move cities for other reasons, not that a club sees potential Eg. Cullen wasn’t cut for playing reasons, just wasn’t earning coin and struggling to get into first grade and Mrs wanted to comE home.
