I'm certainly no techie, Isz. My understanding is that HK has one of the best internet infrastructures in the world (particularly, accessibility and speed). However, for the roughly 10 years I've been here I have always had trouble with Australian websites (and exclusively Oz ones for some reason). And by trouble that is a variety of things from not being able to get into the websites at certain times, to simply crashing or being incredibly slow. It only sticks to mind because when I've had such issues I could still easily navigate the many other sites I was accessing at that time without any of the troubles I was experiencing with the Oz ones.

I have no idea why that is.

If you head to the bars around Wan Chai, you will find quite a few venues showing it on big screens, I'm sure. You could also try Lan Kwai Fong in Central, or perhaps Tsim Sha Tsui on Kowloon side too. However, Wan Chai is probably going to give you the best choice.

Isz, if you have a Facebook account there is a group called "Hong Kong Rugby League". They are planning to get together for SOO2, being shown at Pulse Bar in Wan Chai. It includes some drink deals too.

Another problem with the site I'm seeing this year, is the ladder on the right keeps indicating Manly is at the bottom of it. Not sure what you can do to fix it but it is a little off-putting.
