game reminds me of last years semi against the roosters. just not good enough.

We tried the same bash em up forward defense in today’s game that we tried in the Roosters final last year. Lodge in particular just seemed to want to inflict damage. It might look spectacular, but in today’s game, there’s no point. Better off concentrating on holding players up, wrapping the ball and holding for as long as possible. We are playing pre six again style rugby league still. Offloads are what killed us today.
