In the article they call Turner an Origin player, technically correct, but looked more like a speedhump. Wolfman had a couple of bad games but Turner's was atrocoius.
 
After he Melbourned his way out of his Titans contract he'd be no guarantee of turning up at Belmore next year anyway.

Yeah, I wouldn't be game to offer him a contract if I were another club with fear he might back out again.

They would have to get his signature on a contract to get him to willingly get him there because if I remember rightly, he only had a verbal agreement to go to the Titans and tried to back out because he hadn't signed anything.
