There is a common theme with Most of these penalties....
The opposition are flapping like fish out of water to win a quick play ball and this asks questions of the ref....often penalty earned.
On the flip side, Manly bar Jake and Kapow (when he doesn’t drop it)....seem to get put on backs and play the ball sluggishly.
This is the best thing Souths for example are doing and the energy in this area of the game is winning them penalties and endlessly attacking opportunities.
