The State Government sponsored the Dragons live sites last year for free? So why did we not get that support for us this year?

The Dragons hosted a live site last year at their ground and charged entry.

I'm having MUCH trouble, just want to buy one ticket but numerous times I've been rejected due to incorrect password??! Tried entering new one, etc. Also entered members code both ways. I'm out of ideas so any help appreciated!
