I travelled out to Condobolin last weekend via, I kid you not, a place named 'Bogan's Gate', and when my cousin took me on the 'tour' around town we drove past a house completely decked out in Sea Eagles stuff. The house was named 'Brookvale' and on the flagpole out the front flew the Sea Eagles flag. The local AFL club has died, ground to be bulldozed for a community centre, but the RL team has been reserrected. Who said country rugby league was dead.
