Brookie - two questions

Can someone out there answer the following questions regarding the Brookie redevelopment funding without the political bluster.

1/ Is Abbott's $10 million annoucement in addition the the recent government $10 million annoucement (ie $20 million) or is it the one and the same? I thought the original announcement by Albanese was rock solid no matter who won the election.

2/ Assuming it is one and the same what do we get for $10 million - I read it is for the Stage 1 of a 3 STAGE development but what is stage 1 and for that matter what is 2 & 3?

Warringah Council has to change as the current mob have already said that the larger capacity will cost Rate Payers an extra $600k in depreciable expenses, so they won't vote for it 🙁

There is only one lot of $10m on the table and is not yet signed off by the State Government.

There was a detailed thread on this a couple of weeks back.

And that 600K depreciation on a "gift" is BS. Council have basically said that they own the $10 million given to brookie.
