I honestly must have missed the fit and fast aspect. To me they got gifted possession in prime spots time after time.

I also thought at the back ends of halves we looked fitter and faster and were getting metres, we just didn't do anything with it because the combos were all over the shop.

The last 5 to 10 minutes it was the Canterbury players that were stretching their legs and looking really out of it. Our players definitely looked fitter.

Agreed! Whilst I agree Donny is all class, last year it was:
1) The team looks unfit. No more mountain climbing and Donny is out of ideas.
2)2V is all class but he is out of ideas, stuck in the 90's. Never uses the full bench and always picks hasson
3)Des sucks.

If fuses were memories, we'd all be blown up before the match hit the cord.

I dont ever remember a 2V trained team which wasn't ready for round 1. Pretty sure he got us to a grand final as well. Old School, sure but it was a good, hard and successful school as well.

Pretty sure last year round one was a bit worse than this.

Yep, we looked tired across the park very early on. Couldn't get off our line.
