How funny is it that one of the reasons that Dunley was cleared was a character reference given by Brian Smith, without the permission from Fitzy and the Parra club.
Fitzy made his predictable whinge in the Sat Telegraph this morning, only to discover that both Smith and Parra players supported his cause, unprompted from Manly.
I have never had a big wrap on Brian Smith but commend him in this case, not just because the outcome but as he has shown some principle and character outside of club parochialism. Fitzy has told him that he is never to do this again - Fitzy is a joke - AGAIN!!!!
