I agree that Suli COULD be far more damaging but I just don't see that he's using it all enough. Parker plays flat out as hard as he can. If Suli could find that he'd be another level.I like him i just think suli can do more damage

Well dce is out so the long early ball he usually gets is now nonexistent. Also not having turbo there to chime in and create extra numbers doesnt help him. Between the two are you saying scorpio is a better ball runner? And more damaging? No chance he has been better last 2 weeks but before that he was getting rag dolled alot. Any ways storm 52-6 v eels hahahahahaI agree that Suli COULD be far more damaging but I just don't see that he's using it all enough. Parker plays flat out as hard as he can. Yeah, he bloody surprised me there. He had two goes at Oates and got him. That was all heart. He's a lot quicker than Wright. Wright wouldn't have chased down Oates in open space.
Des has asked Suli to have his broken finger amputated so that he can get back on the field next week, a la Angus Crichton.
Well said mate . It is one week at a time for Elliott and he is improving each weekAnd yet, as much as the effort from Elliot has been there and he's been fairly solid at fullback, when Turbo comes back, and with Walker and Jorge likely to be back next week....is there a place for him in the 17 at the end of the day?
I get the feeling that despite that he's been good for the most part, Elliot will be one of those who ends up back in Blacktown colours.
I can't see Garrick or Parker being dropped at this stage, and when Turbo is fit he won't be playing fullback. Elliot might be the odd-man out unfortunately, the usual #19 or 20 on the Tuesday and Thursday team lists. His best bet might be the utility bench spot, but right now that is being taken up by the 1-2 dummy half punch with Fainu off the bench.
Brendon Reeves mould.love this blokes effort. I’ll own up I had to google where he had come from
Then I saw the photo of him at the roosters and remembered his debut.
I think it’s safe to say this bloke isn’t the fastest or most naturally talented footballer in the game. But I think there wouldn’t be many players in the comp that would be the fella for effort. The guy is all heart. The way he chased Oates down when the game was gone and saved a try it was one of the highlights of the night. I hope when Tom comes back Des can keep Elliot in the 17.
