Also why it's not part of the drug swab roadside tests... even though the current testing system can show up traces of cocaine as it does amphetamines and cannabis. Can't have the "upper end" of society getting caught DUI like the rest of us peasants..

TBH, I reckon ALL of the NRL clubs/coaches are well aware that some (many?) of their players like the occasional dabble with recreational drugs. As much as the public line is 'drugs are bad, mmmmkay', behind closed doors it would be more along the lines of 'note to young players: don't get caught' - which, incidentally, is the same advice I got from my first section commander in the army (advice to cover a whole range of things, not just substances).

And I would include Martina - and Trent Barrett - in the list of coaches who are well aware it happens, and that one or more of their players is involved.

Has it got to the stage that we need to introduce random drug testing on this forum. I for one have no idea on the drug culture or what cocaine even looks like. I'm guessing it's a flour'y type substance. Life was much easier when you went out, got full as a boot and drove the Mitsubishi Sigma home.
