Darius Boyd out for nine months after snapping his achilles at training today.
That Eden bloke from the UK could replace him.
Whilst I don't like to see anyone injured, this proves to me now that there is a God up there afterall.
Whilst I don't like to see anyone injured ....lol
wayne Bennett to sit out the season in sympathy
I hate to see anyone injured but Karma is a biatch isn't she??
Jeez, now he'll walk like Wayne too. Still, he must feel great to be footloose and fancy free after leaving Newcastle. Get it?
Temporary like Achilles
Luckily h has a thriving media carreer to fall back on
Yeah. It's good isn't it?
Real shame, he's a dynamic player. Hope he recovers well and is back for the second half of the year. NRL needs players like him to remain relevant and entertaining.
Considering his somewhat fragile mental state this is not great for him
Well, he won't be a tendon training sessions in the heat early next year. That's a win.
Tough blow for the bongos. Losing a starting backline player for that long sucks. On a positive note, good for NSW.
I think his fragile mental state was cured somewhat upon been granted his desired release from the Knights. Is good to see those "compassionate grounds" releases having the desired affect, warms the heart of an old cynic like me.
Good. Stick that up yourself every Bongo fan that has has ever said they hate Manly and cheered when our players get injured. I hope their fans miss half the year too.
Heel be back.
Tragic news for the Donkeys. How will they ever survive with only 36 fullbacks?
SOS Ben Barba? Wouldn't it be ironic if they now had no fullbacks? Hoffman and Barba gone, although Milford is there. I don't wish harm on any player (except Justin Hodges! God he's a knob!) but I'm certainly not crying about it either.
