Cordner has rejected roosters new offer, because roosters are going to sign SBW back in 2017. Manly are reportedly keen on getting him, manlys 2 main targets for 2016 are Klemmer and Cordner. I expect us to get one of them but getting 2 is also highly possible. Manly are saving big money for one of these 2 or even saving enough to grab both of them.

It kinda seems that Cordner is happy to move on. The fact that he has now turned down 2 offers from the Chooks sujects he is ready to field offers else where.
Reported we are interested for 2017 and knowing Bozo gets what he wants makes this chase very promising.

I think to get the best from Cordner you need someone who can maximise his hole running ability. IMO he's not a player who can break the line with great footwork or explosive power. He runs courageous lines and hits holes well. Maloney and him worked well on that front.

I wouldn't want to pay overs for Cordner, his good but I don't rate him in the 600k+ category which is rumoured what he is asking

No way Chooks lose him if they want him. Their cap is unlimited. They'll triple his salary, acquire SBW, probably look at Sam Burgess then steal 10 other teams best juniors, THEN say they have money to spend.
