Sorry if this isnt the place but ill say it anyway. A mate of mine took his life last week through depression and a few other things. He loved manly and went to numerous games in corporate boxes , he was 32 . I just want to say that if anyone has any problems and is not coping please seek help for this terrible disease. R.i.p Ad.

Sorry for your loss Brad. I truly feel for his loved ones

We had cops and police helicopter hovering in front of our place last Wednesday, a young fella 29 years old took his own life down in the bush reserve right in front of my home. His car was parked at the end of the street since Sunday and it took the cops about 8hrs to find him and recover the body. I really felt for his mother and sister who you could tell were visibly shaken.

I encourage anyone that feels blue to take the time to talk to someone about how you feel. And if you sense someone is depressed take the time to talk to them and let them know how much of a friend you are and what they mean to you

Thanks GE; I didn't know him personally, so it's more that it's just so heartbreaking seeing my friend go through this and not being able to do much to comfort her. Just an utterly devastating way to lose someone

So very sorry for your loss. I too suffer from the black dog and have some serious moments. I have a lot of family and friends around me that assist in keeping me upright. Gulf War 90/91. Peace be with your mate. Amen
