Alan Thompson was a fantastic player. Allan Thomson also went ok. Played in our first ever GF win.

Allan Thomson was a great 2nd Rower, a very tough man.
Allan was my primary school teacher in 1969 at Forestville.
He came into class with a broken nose and black eye, chewing gum and punching his fist into the palm of his other hand.
We loved him, respected him and were in awe of him.
