I think after 2005, despite all the media hype around him, he has been marked never to coach the Kangaroos (the test team, not Wyong) again. The Tri-Nations Final loss to NZ was bad enough (our first series loss since 1978), but I don't think he did himself any favours with the ARL by pissing off out of a back door at the airport in order to avoid the media.
