Beaver returning to Brookie in a Helicopter

SEA Eagles favourite son Steve Menzies will be flying high when he attends his first game for five years at Brookvale Oval tomorrow night in the clash with the Storm.

“Beaver” will deliver the game ball in a Westpac Rescue helicopter that will land on the middle of the ground prior to kick off.

I hate these gimmicks - give Beaver the drinks crate and have him run on during a quiet patch - that will get the Brookie Mob chanting :idea:

With a few good days of rain, Brookie will shine as the jewel of the NRL's 'Right Venue' 😉
