56.40kgs is one lean machine @Ryan and the 3 months time frame is impressive. How did you do it feathered friend ?

Honestly, because I need a focus and goal

I workout every day. I diet (very minimal alcohol - once every few months tops, and even then, glass of wine). Stress. Squash. Abs workout. Legs workout. My goal is to have 0 fat. 6 pack. The V. I'm closer than I've ever been.

I don't go out anymore or socialise tbh. Im reducing social media. I've become a bit of a social moron.

These days, I kind of choose to be a loner. Even my season ticket. I'm between a kid and an older gentlemen, and none of us have said a word, which is perfect for me.

Guess my fitness is my therapy, which helps my horribly low self esteem.

You will concede however, that he is 3 dimensional I hope .... therefore an increase of 2 to the power 3 is valid ......

You've seen the ad though mate with the little tacka in the back of the car, stating, I'm the point five (0.5) ? That's me, too

Have you taken that into consideration? Hehehe

Firstly nothing starts without a goal because without having to focus on a goal we are running around in circles and getting no where and its good to hear you are heading in the right direction. You are going places feathered friend !!!
Also good to hear you got your self in the habit of working out and complementing your workouts and body with a healthy diet .
Once you are on a roll nothing can stop you so keep up the momentum .
I hear you don't go out anymore but don't call your self a social moron and never get in a habit of self esteem destroying self put downs as no one is perfect and we all have our strengths and weaknesses . No one is superior to any one else and every one has the opportunity to become greater then they are
You don't sound like a loner as you are always on this forum and good company as well . We all go thorough stages of wanting our own space as long as the space we are in brings us peace , contentment and joy. Life is about being happy and if we don't feel happy its up to us to change things and make happiness happen .
Health and fitness has many physical and psychological benefits and as you have mentioned and have experienced it boosts your self esteem so keep it up feathered friend and keep lifting your self up to a level of great ness .

Your welcome , I always appreciate good hearted people and you seem like one of them . I also get inspired by people like you that get the motivation going and make an effort . Most people are consumed by their excuses and get no where .
Keep up the great work and never look back as you have come this far and keep us posted . Stories like yours are inspirational !

Oh ye of so little faith . [ But i guess on a more realistic note , unless the team can find some real consistency and luck very soon , their probable lost cause will truly be a lost cause for this season ]

I really don’t mind if this season is lost as long as we have talented players that can build success. It’s no fluke belting teams like Brisbane and Melbourne, so the talent is there. The injury toll has been horrrendous and there are very few teams that would have bounced back from that. My only priority at this point is no first spoon. Onward and upward and keep the faith.

It was great to beat those purple dirtbags and any season where we do that is not completely lost. In the last try scoring movement of that game Slater took a painful blow to the body so it came with a bonus. Ditto beating the broncos. Having said that, Storm were absolutely ****ful and the broncos faded badly in the 2nd half, so not getting over pumped about either victory as achievements. Our squad is a bit thin to handle the injuries, and luck don't seem to be on our side. It's a very tight comp and fine margins and refereeing errors cost you points and then you are down with the also rans. Having gone into that tail spin for 5 weeks will probably prove to be unrecoverable from, but maybe SOO time will be good to us. I wish they'd do the Qld thing and ignore Jake and Tom -- btw how do they figure Frizzell starts in front of Jake?

That's awesome mate. You had some kind words for me when I posted about my father passing away, which was appreciated. Sorry to hear you are feeling low. I can only say your'e not robinson crusoe in that, and for me when I'm down ramping up the exercise is always beneficial just for the effects on your body chemistry -- you'll have to change your icon to a showoff one like Bozo's :) It's ok not to feel ok, even though it doesn't feel ok, if you get my meaning.

We look like a team that has won 4 from 12 and are running 12th after loosing to Parramatta (last), Newcastle twice (11th), Titans (13th) and Canberra (10th) all games that could have and should have been won with the players we had on the field at the time. I not happy with under achievement of this magnitude. A satisfactory position to be in at this point of of the season would have been at least 7 wins from 12 games leaving us on 14 competition points and in the top 8. We now have almost no chance of making the top 8 and we are not even half way through the season. IMO our performance in 2018 thus far has been dismal. The draw in front us is tough and we probably are only to going to win a further 4 to 5 games. A second failed experiment with the 5/8 by Barrett cost us dearly again.
