Highlander is great because of his utility value to the team. He can play wing, centre & backrow. At 6'3, and 104 odd k/g's and pretty fast, he could be pretty damaging.
He made his debut in 2012 I think it was, and has only really had a sprinkling of games (around 20 odd - scored 4 tries), but the thing that stands out, is his workrate, and involvement progression year to year.
As he's becoming more comfortable, and while he's only played 4 first grade games in 2015 (and 4 in 2014), look at the improvement:-

Also consider his age for a forward. I think Highlander is another Tom Symonds about to be uncovered, and I think that only bodes well for us.
