Barrett, got us to the finals!

I don't care about the people who put sh1t on this guy, but he has handled a lot of pressure over the last couple of months, and got us into the finals. Most have bagged his selection of certain players, but all have proved them wrong. At the end of the day, Barrett and Bozo have done an extraordinary job with their recruitment, and I'd like to thank them for giving us a crack at a 9th Premiership!

I have always rated Barrett. Even last year I rated him. He is calm and patient and his pure belief in our players gives themselves the confidence they need to reach their potential every week. I hope he stays on as our coach for many years to come. This team will go many places under his belief and leadership.

It's such a fine line between success and failure. I believe if we missed the 8 this year baz was probably gone. Just think last week v the Warriors....the stars aligned and if we don't win that......

I do like Baz and reserved judgment last year, but then mid way through this year was impressed. The period since we lost to the drags, storm, Tigers, dogs....not so much.

The good thing is he has a result now. A top 8 finish is a big positive since we've missed the finals for two years. This will give him some credits with the fans and players.

Not sure if they explains things but good to know.. The fact is that TB has done well to get us in the 8. If we can display the same intensity next week there is no reason why we need to be out the back door.. Who knows you might get happy if we win.?

You do realise following a sporting team is suppose to be fun. It must be sad for you to watch each game and just have negative stuff go through your mind. We were not given a chance to even make the finals by the experts at the start of the season, yet here we are in 6th. Sure we are not very consistent yet but we have a young team that will only get better with the experience. I would like to see you get out there and do a better job.....

Yeh I agree. We certainly should have been in the top 4 and did drop our form of late. But surely you have to be happy with our display this evening. I would rate it as our best! Credit has to go to the whole team including TB.

This year is a success....

I absolutely loved the media press conference.... Hook trying to hear when Manly is celebrating in the room next door.... FANTASTIC.

Barrett has done want many of us thought he could do. He has done what he would of done last year if it wasn't for injuries....

MANLY made the finals!!!! Its a great year! Well done Baz. Well done Boys...

Last year was a poor season. To have double the number of losses than wins was very unfamiliar territory. Yes there were injuries but there was also some really poor team selections and tactics. With that being said this year Barrett has turned it around and deserves credit for the team making the semis. I hope we can push on for a few weeks yet.
