We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.

Go to your profile by selecting profile up the top of the page while logged in.
In the left menu then select 'Forum Profile Information'
Go to 'i wil upload my own image' select the image from your hard drive then down the bottom select change profile.
Just beware that images larger than are resized down to 65 x 65 pixels.
