Down the bottom of the text box you type in when you post there should be an "attach files" button with a paperclip icon on it. Use that.
However you may need a certain amount of posts before you can access some functions - and that may be one of them.

Doesn't embed a PDF like it does an image though going by above.
I clicked on it and the bugger downloaded.
