Assist coach 2024 ?

I wonder where Hales now sits in all of this. With the Fultons, Fifita, and all the Fainus gone, and a seemingly obvious change in direction away from Westfield Sports High School alumni, and considering Padeka, Schu, Saab etc have established themselves in grade, is there any further need for the development attributes and connection to these western Sydney juniors? With Flanno on the way out, I would have thought Hales was the obvious replacement.

Personally a former NRL head coach would be more suitable for senior assistant. As much as I love Snake, I don't see him as a tactical mastermind. Great as a specialist and to have around in general but we need a genuine, experienced and ambitious coach. Poor old Seibold will need all the help he can get

No thanks. The thought of us hiring the sacked coach that our last premiership winning sacked coach is replacing doesn't seem appealing. It's like going on a date with an ugly girl so your mate can land a stunner he's just met. Unless of course you're into ugly girls, I heard that's a thing nowadays.

Someone with an aura and ability to drive culture. A leader. Someone akin to Ben Kennedy on the field, but off it.

Remember that story about Ben Kennedy taking a leak at the league's club and Travis Burns comes in whingeing about his game time etc. Ben tolerated it for 5 seconds before he l literally yelled, "STFU Burnsey!!". Apparently could have heard a pin drop after that - no more complaints hahaha
