No info as of yet, but apparently "long-term", from one of the articles about them a a while back.

Say what you want about Seibold, he's bloody good at getting great talent through. Take a look at the list of players that debuted/established themselves in first grade under him, such as Haas, Carrigan, Staggs, Farnworth, Dearden, now Hopoate, and many more. I think getting players into first grade is one of his strengths, if anything.
yeah Na.

All those broncos players were in their system before Seibold arrived. Do you remember the 2020 spooners? yep that's the Broncos with all that hot talent in the side. Its one thing to get great talent into grade but its another to do it with the right mix of older heads too.

Seibold took a Broncos side and decimated it. he's doing the same to us just without the talent coming thru.

Garrick as a centre case in point. Great winger but Tommy Talau has so much more upside and yet we persist with Ruben. some of the defensive masterclasses from Garrick this year have been laughable.

I think you've got the reading wrong here, Broncos were absolutely abysmal that year, among other reasons, because Seibold seems to be absolutely **** with the senior players. Seems like the same thing is occuring here now with DCE, and the Turbos, if some of the leaks are to be believed.

Saying these young players would've come through anyway is completely baseless. He had to get rid of senior players (too soon) to get these guys into first grade.

Seibold made Carrigan the captain in 2020, after debuting him the year prior. Players like Tom Dearden wouldn't have debuted, without moving a pissed-off Darius Boyd from the halves. I'd also suggest looking through some of this "hot talent" roster, such as the Hopoate who ended up in prison. There were some shining lights, and some absolute crap mixed in that roster.

Seibold decimated that Broncos side from the top. Senior players were absolutely livid. Over here, just DCE is leaving us, which looks set to seemingly improve us, according to most.

Personally, I don't think he's done anything terrible with our roster here, mainly because it was crap to begin with, and it's now slightly more experienced crap. You can't tell me Nathan Brown is worse than Morgan Boyle. Weekes is probably the only one who got away, and even he wouldn't find a starting spot here. Fainus are deadbeats. No one else basically.

Unfortunately we don't have the talent, so it's impossible to really tell anyway.

Interesting point that Seibold seems to struggle with the senior players. Red flags everywhere.

The numbers dont lie.
2018 benny broncos were 15 and 9.
2019 Seibold 11 and 12
2020 Seibold/whoever 3 and 17

Hes doing the same with us. Riding the team into oblivion.

If sea eagles fans are prepared for the next 5 years of misery then great keep him. we need a change now.
