I say the cap increase has given team more room so both Kitey and Snake are done deals.

Who knows for sure! Certainly not us or the journos. Maybe the new signings are part of the 2nd tier cap that we have not fully used in past years. Maybe their old clubs are paying a good proportion of their wages next year. Maybe other shuffling has occurred. Who knows why Snakes contract was rejected or if it was rejected at all?
Just leave it to the few that do know all the facts and won't be knowingly cheating the cap and enjoy the ride.
