Any HTML coders out there?

I know HTML off by heart but that doesnt make me a good designer. I am a PHP and ASP coder, meaning I severely lack in design skills.

I want to do an overhaul of the site design and generally make it a lot better.

If anyone is interested in contributing to the site I would love someone to knowck a theme together.

It has to be in a certain format so I can "plug" it in to the site framewrok.

All design only has to be done on one page and it is sorted by the rest of the program..

So if you are interested let me know and i will send you a template.
