Anticipation

Yeah they are bloody hopeless in Melb

I did the same last year for our final at Newcastle. Went to the Telstra dome, had to line up with AFL people, asked for my tickets and was asked "M-a-n-l-e-y ?"

I'm sitting up in the nose-bleeds too, 625 to be exact. I'm pretty disappointed that a bunch of corporates, there to shmooze their contemporaries, are in the best seats while the people who actually support the two clubs involved will miss out.

If we do win and there's a lap of honour, I think I'll feel like I'm missing out being at the top.

Last year I went to the GF as one of the corporates didn't want his seats and gave them away. (they were great seats too - between goal line and twenty metres on the first level.

A year too early. (I have moved work and no longer have the contact and it was a crap game between two sides I both wanted to lose.) Night grand finals are crap too compared to Sunday arvos!!

Interestingly however, they didn't require a membership card and I could have purchased as many tickets as I wanted.

Doug, did you see this about the Victorian ticketek agencies? Seems you could get several if you're after them.

Nah $600 is enough cash spent on tickets.
