I've also noticed on here some posters are gleeful about poor performances from us because it seemingly supports their opinion on team selection, which is ultimately based on their opinion of the coach.

So so true - that attitude is sad and pathetic really. I note many of those fair weather friends disappeared after about round 7. Some still hanging around hoping they can pin it all on Walker, Des, DCE etc and that the team implodes.

My wife and adult sons refuse to watch the game with me. Sadly I sound like one of those that you cannot tolerate. Emotions do run high during the game.

When we have a bad loss I really struggle to not throw the toys out of the cot. There are so many passionate supporters on here that suffer from the same affliction. Negativity feeds negativity so I tend to avoid silvertails when I'm in a negative mood. It's not that I can't relate to those throwing stones, it's just that I'm trying to move on as quick as possible so I can get back to constructive comments.
