There will be those in green and red
They are the new champions the media said
A team of bulk, brawn and balls
Will bash ,barge and stand tall
They will dominate and take it all
If only they did not meet the northern beach gall.
For we you see, are meant to fail
Our season are meant to be derailed
No one gives us a hope in hell
They do not know they cannot tell

Our team of fans and mates in maroon and white
Yes we are ready for the fight
We do not wilt, cower or fall
For we are the mighty sea eagles after all

So you scribes write as you wish, you commentators, commentate to hearts desire.
You will not quell our wonton fire.
We don't stand back, we do not crawl
For we are the mighty sea eagles after all

For those that doubt this great team
Witness what we do to the red and green
This is no boast but a battle call
For we are the sea eagles after all

So lift your voices from afar
Join in and cherish just who we are
We'll repel and look adversity in the eye
We'll stand tall
For we are the mighty sea eagles after all
