Been an absolute Beast all season, including the early losses.
Hope it's not really a 12 week out, as some are saying....
His impact will be missed big time, the other forwards really need to lift without him.
Not just his powerful hitups and solid defence, his energy in general has set the tone.....

Look not all lost yet, he is still to see the specialist. I’m guessing it could be a scaphoid fracture etc where there is little blood supply for healing and surgery is needed.

IF he goes in for surgery, the below from @NRLphysio.

Josh Aloiai to consult with specialist due to wrist injury he has been carrying for weeks getting worse. Surgery looking like it will be required at this stage, no injury specifics beyond “wrist” but common surgical options would likely see him miss 8-12 weeks

massive loss. So annoyed. Big metre eater with mongrel and just so much energy. So sad right now.

What a huge loss. Every season we seem to get a untimely injury. Hopefully back sooner rather than later...

Not really. The rush to sign Lawton was not necessary given he was injured and was hardly getting clubs fighting for his services. The fact his return to the field would be close to the outcome of Fainu’s trial, meant the club could of held off signing him and taking up a spot in the 30.They could of waited til a bit further into the season and seen what exactly the club needed given the injuries they had at the time and subsequently suffered. If Des thought Croker and Cust were enough to play 9 prior to season starting what was the point in signing an injured hooker?

Yes it is a massive loss for us. BUT this pack is still better (on balance) than the one we started the season with. Its a fantastic opportunity for Saddler to step up, and for Keppie to show he can take ownership of a starting prop position. Suli on the bench confuses me a bit BUT I am also hoping that Des has finally worked out he could be a half decent middle/edge option from the bench. Interesting times.
