100% Right feathered friendRobinson needs to get a grip on reality. The Rorters attack was poor, Watson at 5/8th is styfling them. Lets hope they persist because they were sh*t last night.
This is one of the reasons I'm still seething that Josh Aloiai is suspended this week for being lightly kicked by Shaun Johnson (after SJ got the ball following perhaps the worst play-the-ball of the last decade).‘If I’m Mitch Moses, then he’s gone for 10’: Roosters duo escape bans after Storm star’s plea

Christian Welch is the the first Storm player I've ever actually liked. He is spot on with this assertion. Don't hurt the 'superstars' especially the little ones because you will get 'loading' from the ref, bunker and the MRC.‘If I’m Mitch Moses, then he’s gone for 10’: Roosters duo escape bans after Storm star’s plea

Yes the bunker is an abject failure, for years we were satisfied with on field decisions although not always happy with them but the 27 camera angles, slowed down review of almost every try scored is ruining the game, in the case of some teams (Manly in particular) they take literally minutes in their attempt to deny a try, from people I speak to there's a sense that the bunker and the over scrutinised view of every facet of the game is turning fans away from the sport, it's time to put responsibility back into the hands of the whistle blowersThe Easts' criticism will put extra pressure on The Bunker. If there is one club the NRL panders to it's Easts.
The Bunker has been a failure. Our sport would be much more forgiving if decisions reverted to the old system of the ref being in charge. Because we have The Bunker we expect decisions to be 100% correct and they are not, which causes more controversy than it solves.
Let TV networks dissect on-field decisions if they want, but by the time they come to a conclusion (if, indeed they do) then viewers will have missed a couple of minutes of live action.
Let the game flow. This stop-start system we now have is more gridiron than RL.
Robinson is trying to cover his own arse, uncle Nick is watching closely and he won't be happy with the return on his vast investment in this team, over the past few seasons easts have slipped down the rankings and with the loss of Manu and Suilaii it's only going to get worse, if things continue in this vein Robbo knows his head will be on the blockRobinson needs to get a grip on reality. The Rorters attack was poor, Watson at 5/8th is styfling them. Lets hope they persist because they were sh*t last night.
Annesley is a perennial failure, he was an average referee, a failed politician, a failed administrator and now he's failing again as NRL's head of football, what about this clown did the NRL see that led to his appointment ffsThis guy is a deadset f#ckwit..."Happy with the process" but nothing on the rulings.
NRL head of football Graham Annesley has backed the bunker over two Melbourne Storm tries that left Sydney Roosters coach Trent Robinson seething on Thursday night.
Annesley reviewed the bunker audio on Friday morning in relation to Storm tries involving Eli Kaota and Xavier Coates and revealed he was comfortable with the process that led to Melbourne being awarded both tries in their narrow 18-12 win at Allianz Stadium.
They are not playing at homeWahs look knackered after last weeks game. Hopefully we bounce back better.
