All Games [Round 6, 2024]

I always thought Crichton was a better goal kicker than Burton and as captain he should've taken over. Two teams I dislike so who cares who wins anyway.
Must admit, the Melb forwards looked pretty average tonight, Bulldogs were making lots of yardage from their hitups tonight.

What a cheating call from Gee. Dead set, gave a non-existent 6-again to the donkeys on a 5th tackle… they scored from the extra set. He saw a holding down penalty because he wanted to. The Storm were holding down for twice as long the previous game.

Aww poor donkeys… only 2 of their next 5 at home according to Vossy. Neglected to mention their “away” game against Manly at Suncorp amongst the 5 🙄

This 6-again rule is insidious. It gives officials to much wriggle room to influence the game. Both donkey tries came off the back off dubious 6-agains late in a tackle count near halfway.
Also, the 6agains never get scrutinized like a penalty would. It's a perfect way to give a team a leg up if the ref feels that he's made a contentious call a few tackles ago and then decides how do I even this up, oh yeah, the 6again, no one checks these.

How does Papenhuyzen get a fine for a tackle that they are trying to rub out of the game? To get a fine, it is obviously a grapple, so it should get weeks. Lodge, JWH, Radley and many others would be gone for 2-3 weeks. I bet Anusley has another stock standard rule book answer this week.
