Adding picture to profile need help plz

Ive added a photo to go with my profile but for some reason it didnt work even though it said it loaded ok. Do you have to wait for the moderators to approve it ?. Any advise would be most helpful.

EP - It doesn't have to be approved. I presume your talkign about an Avatar - Daniel or Byso maybe able to help when next they log in
