Biggest surprise for me is @Mark from Brisbane being president of the Hasler Fan Club.

Pretty sure this time 12 months ago he was in the ‘will never watch another game’ camp if Des came home.

In my eyes its a year of back to normal. Parker was always a gun centre and I picked at the start of the year he'd be our 1st choice centre all year. Suli just needed to get fit. Walker always had the skills but in 2016 was still young. Taufua was coming off an acl last year so missed the pre season. AFB was always gonna be as beast. Garrick was a clever buy and was always gonna play 1st grade. Paseka has some experience now and showing his potential. Siro, again was always a gun just needed to stay injury free. Elliott was always solid and a very handy pick up. I definitely think its a year where everything went back to normal transition as opposed to it all being a surprise. We should always have been a top 6 side this yr. No excuses.
