01. Lance Thompson is NOT being looked at, as he comes with baggage. This is from an official of the club;

02. Michael Monaghan has been allocated schools by the club for next year to attend. (I think I know what that means in whether he's going or staying) - so at least now the debate is buried;

03. If we WEREN'T looking at Thompson because of baggage, rather than salary cap, then it looks as though we have more to spend.

The telegraph today mentioned that there are more players to be released from the Dragons other than Thompson and timmins.

There have been rumours for a while about Ashton Simms wanting out. I would love to have him at manly as another prop.

Simms, Poore or any of the young props in the rotation would be good. Props with a workrate, mobility youth and enthusiasm who were willing to learn are needed.
