950,000 messages .......

My eye just caught the little summary window as it was saying total messages 950,000 exactly.

I am not a forum expert, but is it realistic to think Silverails will reach 1,000,000 posts this season.

Either way Dan and his team are to be commended.

Let"s do a quick calculation , another 315 or so days left for the year , so what"s that equate to with some 50 ' 000 posts required , maybe some 160 or so posts on average a day , Just did that off the cuff and from the top of my head but should be within reach .

Also mathematically yes we should meet the 1m depending on how active the forum is this year but we average 63333 posts per year

I've probably deleted 50k of my own posts upon waking up 'worse for wear' after a night of 'tipsy' posting.

Thank goodness for time zones! (Posts deleted before most of you lot read them..!)

Our database size is about 4gb and we get about 20,000 unique visits a month with about 1 million page views
