Until such time that the NRL gives Salary cap dispensation to Manly for the impending (but not liked) retirement of 2 legends in Snake and Shoulders, your list should be what 7 miss out.

Many threads have explained this. Stevie and Brett are still in our top 25 and it is up to the NRL to either give salary cap dispensation or not.

Otherwise both will be in our 25 regardless of who or what the phat phuk Zorba says in his stupidly amateur profiles.

7 players on that list are not in our top 25 as it does not include Stewart or Matai who until they have been medically retired and cleared by the NRL are still part of our salary cap.
