I almost think we could call it a FULL TEAM effort this week. That's right - I said it - a TEAM effort of players fighting in the trenches for each other. Haven't seen that since I supported The Bears - and was very positive !!!

It was won in the forwards. Hard to pick a bad performance across the park. But most exciting ongoing improvements came from a couple of youngsters:

Matai
Burns

And smart tactical work from Dessie (or Orford) to continue with the lofted chip kicks to the winger a metre or so out from the line. Need to penalise those Dogs especially for fielding midget wingers. Having wingers who can take overhead marks is paying off.
