Or his greater level of competence in most facets of the game.It can only be that Seibs doesn't like his lack of pace.
We're already paying him for next year so maybe we can add him to the top 30.Rabbits are not re- signing Shaq Mitchell,Fletcher Myers and some reserve grader called Josh Schuster.Maybe Manly could look at this Schuster bloke,at the right price
I don't know mate. You'd have to ask Seibs.Or his greater level of competence in most facets of the game.
I mean why go with the highly competent Talau, when you can go to ‘lucky dip mode’ with the 9-3?
He'd be a great pick up for us. Ola one side, Fermor the other, but no way is Seibold dropping Burbo.Titans knock back release request for forward as Sydney club deny chase - NRL News - Zero Tackle Titans knock back release request for forward as Sydney club deny chase
I agree, it could have something to do with spreading the contract renewal dates over a few years - don't forget the cap is suposedly increasing to $15mill in '27Why aren't we offering more than just the 1year with Talau, this is one guy we need to keep long term.
He's a first grade player but not currently a first choice in the backs. Probably because he's missed so much footy due to injury. He also missed a lot of games through injury at the Tigers. So I can understand offering one year. Why aren't we offering more than just the 1year with Talau, this is one guy we need to keep long term.
I see we have finally appointed a fulltime head of recruitment and pathways - Craig Walker.
Paseka gets an injury every year and misses a lot of games also, but it didn't stop us from signing him onto a long term deal. He's a first grade player but not currently a first choice in the backs. Did a lot of work with the Roosters pathways as GM of football. I think he's done a good job in that role. A positive step for the future
Yeah it hasn’t got anything to do with injuries, it’s a tactic to be off contract for 2027 just like we‘ve seen 1 year deals for Hethrington, Moale, Cobbo, etc. I’m sure the club would have wanted to lock him up longer with Garricks future most likely not here.Paseka gets an injury every year and misses a lot of games also, but it didn't stop us from signing him onto a long term deal.
Is he a Silvertail, if not he should become one and we would do his job for him.
Presumably he read through the 197 pages of this thread to prep himself for the job interview. After all, we are all experts on here.Is he a Silvertail, if not he should become one and we would do his job for him.
Another great, if not somewhat overdue step from Mestrov. I really like his understated approach to getting things done. And say what you like about the owner, they appear to be doing things in a grass roots, “sustainable” way ie in the absence of having a billionaires spare change to throw at every big name on the market.
Is the appointment of Seibold one of these “great” steps? How about the signing of Woods, Chee Kam and Waddell?Another great, if not somewhat overdue step from Mestrov. Spare me mate!
