Prefer Wishart from Melbourne, brother in law to be of Reuben Garrick too so a bit of a connection there too.Opinions on Brad Schneider?
Might be looking for another club if Penrith announce the Blaize Talagi signing...
He never rose to great heights when playing for us. He's been playing better for NZ.
It's a NO for me.
Well that is very good. Christian Welch has high praises for jakey, which is warranted in off the ball play. It doesn't change the fact that because of it he should be on big dollars“Jake Trbojevic has copped a bit of grief lately because he probably doesn’t smash the running metres metric that the media love to use. The reality is that this guy works so hard off the ball, leads the line speed in defence and does all the little things.
In attack, he leads the NRL in push supports.
So when a teammate is taking a carry, Jake is the league’s best at running in support as an option to pass. This takes a lot of effort with no real recognition on the stat sheet, but it helps his teammates so much.
When Jake pushes up, the defensive line must hold out and respect him as an option. That means big units like Taniela Paseka and Josh Aloiai often draw 1-2 man tackles instead of the 3-4 man tackles they’d cop without push support. As a result they are easier carries, able to carry further (especially post-contact metres) and help Manly win the field position battle”
Wow...the exodus of good up and coming junior players from Parra has begun in earnest.Another of Parramatta’s most exciting young NRL stars – teenage battering ram Charlie Guymer – has asked for permission to talk to rival clubs. (Eels denied it for now but I’d say he won’t be there next season.)
Good young player hopefully we are taking a look at him

it's akin to a closing down sale at a cloths store...lol.
Thanks for the clarification SER8, still, it would be good to know what all of our players are signed on for. After all, we the fans buy club memberships, club merchandise, buy Foxtel/Kayo, match tickets, at the ground eats and drinks all at inflated prices. Without us there wouldn't be an NRL.None of them are known.
They are confidential. Player agents often leak amounts for their journo buddies to publish, for one reason or another.
Clubs might even leak a dollar figure for an offer they've made that was rejected.
Clubs don't publicly deny rumoured amounts, because if they did they'd have to deny all of them. Otherwise the implication would be that the one not denied was true.
As for the accuracy of any of the published-and-repeated-ad-infintum-as-fact rumours, maybe ask @Ryan (who by chance once came across an actual player's contract!)
NBA and NFL publish player salaries, NRL currently does not. The cultural differences between the 2 countries might explain this. Thanks for the clarification SER8, still, it would be good to know what all of our players are signed on for. We currently do an a position vacant for a red head now that Parker's on on the outer.Corey Horsburgh reportedly requesting a release from the raiders. I know we need a 2nd rower and/or a middle forward with mobility ideally, but Horsburgh is a really good player, and in origin discussions at his best.
Definitely a hot head, which can be a good or bad thing in terms of bringing intensity but also silly penalties.
In my opinion Horsburgh would almost be a no brainer move and immediately improve our forward pack, sign me up.
I'd take Horsburgh for our front row rotation for sureCorey Horsburgh reportedly requesting a release from the raiders. I know we need a 2nd rower and/or a middle forward with mobility ideally, but Horsburgh is a really good player, and in origin discussions at his best.

The word in Canberra is that he is on the nose with the coaching staff due to attitude and is wanting to return home to QLDCorey Horsburgh reportedly requesting a release from the raiders.
