I agree, last week my brain decided to hyper focus on the dummy half passes and comparing them to the opposition, it looks like we are in slow motion. I wish I never took that much notice because that's all I could focus on the whole game, the only other thought I had was how much Garrick was pissing me off at how useless he was being.Im telling you, we get a decent hooker that knows when to run and penetrate the line we go top 4 easy.
For $300k as a potential 14 it'd be worth considering. Otherwise no thanks.Brandon Smith
Thoughts everyone??
What about that other hooker from the Knights, the brother of the cronulla hooker, I dont think he has resigned up their yet. I know he hasnt set the world on fire up there this year but I reckon get him back on the beaches and he would freshen up
F***k No!Brandon Smith
Thoughts everyone??
Honestly think he's better as a backrower, and the dickhead factor may be too much to overcome.Brandon Smith

Yeah, i get all that about Arrow jbb. But geez he's injury prone, needs a bit of a rebuild, his next season will answer a lot of questions about him.Jai Arrow has a bit of everything. Always prominent when souths go well. Tough, competitive, plays a bit of footy, runs strong
Leader in the pack,
quite close to next up with qld
So true …. And I said the same thing about Turbo about 3 seasons ago!Yeah, i get all that about Arrow jbb. But geez he's injury prone, needs a bit of a rebuild, his next season will answer a lot of questions about him.
Well Ryan they had better do something soon, With Bennett on the prowl for whatever is decent left out there, we will miss out againGuys, with our recruitment retention really looking at ...... well ...... what we are looking at, you'd assume we'd be represented heavily in the youth State of Origin (under 19) teams playing tonight on Foxtel.
Remember, there are around 40-45 players selected in the two squads (NSW / QLD).
I was wondering if anyone can give us an insight into all of Manly's players representing their state tomorrow in that game (or the ones in the greater squad)?
I couldnt see any Manly players in either squad, when I had a quick look through yesterday.Guys, with our recruitment retention really looking at ...... well ...... what we are looking at, you'd assume we'd be represented heavily in the youth State of Origin (under 19) teams playing tonight on Foxtel.

Pretty sure that was the Crusher network?I wonder who found and sourced players like the Stewart's, Matai & others. Who was that and where are they? Also, you're correct, there are absolutely no Manly players in either squad, which is worrisome given our slant for attracting players who are either unwanted, downgraded, can't crack first grade, ageing, injury prone and / or winding down.
Maybe it's time to pull the old Ben Ikin with our roster, and release some of the marquee paid players, so that we can resize / retool, and go in another direction.
