Jake is/was not off contract.

You can't just cut a players wage whenever you feel like it.
Josh is not the problem. In my opinion he’s on a reasonable salary for his input. Jake is well & truly overpaid for his input. I know you cannot cut someone’s salary. I’m just saying this cap drama started when the Trbojevic’s were re-signed. Why should Josh be the scapegoat for cap mismanagement?
PS why should Josh now be cut? Why not cut Jrbo?

There was a cast initially, but she’s moved to a moon boot now.

It not a broken leg as such , rather the ankle smashed.

It’s a major major injury , she may well be 6-8 months before she can walk again and 12 months to normal.
Gosh Mark,

So sorry to read this. Hope it's a speedy recovery and really push her to do whatever exercises the physio suggests. The older we get the more important these exercises are

Let me put this injury into perspective feathered friend
Now I am a very compassionate and Empathetic person and I can understand the trauma and the pain and discomfort
But this is only a Minor injury and it will heal
Major stuff are permanent stuff . Stuff that have you debilitated for life
Your lovely wife will heal and you will be doing the Eagle Rock together soon

The moral of this story to every feathered friend reading this is ....
Our circumstances are made only as bad as we make them in our head

Think positive People
A Positive mind is a kind mind to us

She may not be able to walk for 6-8 months ... and you've decided this "only a minor injury".

I should never be surprised at anything you write, yet you continue to set new standards in ignorant, cringe-worthy, tone deaf, tactless buffoonery.

So congrats for that, at least. Sheesh

Mrs MFB is one of the most committed people I’ve ever known , believe me she’s gagging to start the excercises and if she’s told to do them twice a day she’ll probably do them 4 times a day.

She’s bored ****less sitting around all day every day so she’ll be 110% into anything they suggest

I think what Bozo is trying to suggest is that oft used Nietzsche saying 'That which doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.'
Yeah maybe, although to me it came across as its all in your mind, so think positive and it'll all be fine.
No doubt I overreact to Bozos posts at times (cumulative effect may have done me in)

My first read on the Bozo post, I nearly fell off the chair and it does sound a bit "she'll be right mate" it's a flesh wound" from a Monty python movie.....but knowing Bozo on Silvertails over these years, I truly feel he was coming from a good place and meant well and Mark and most importantly, Mrs MFB would know that too I reckon....@:smirk:

Thank you for your articulate compliments feathered friend
But I will stick with the topic and not place emphasis on your personality post traits
We all see things in different perspectives
and a Major Injury is the one that will debilitate your for the rest of your major life
As compared to a Minor injury that you will be able to recover and live a normal life in a short time

Major Injury is Bed ridden or Wheel chair ridden for The Rest of your Life
You might get this and you might not get it SER8
but hey we are all different arnt we ? :)
