Sea Eagles winger Christian Tuipulotu is currently in a knee brace and is set to miss 2-3 weeks after suffering a Grade 2 MCL injury against the Dragons.

Manly teammate Taniela Paseka has undergone surgery to repair a knee injury after rupturing his medial ligament in Round 21 against the Sharks while Josh Aloiai is set for a shoulder reconstruction which will rule him out for the rest of the season.

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles full-back Reuben Garrick has suffered a fractured back following Friday night's match against the Warriors in Auckland.


Scans have confirmed Garrick suffered a fractured transverse process in his back after landing heavily in the second half.


Garrick remains in doubt for the Bulldogs game on Sunday and the last home game against the Wests Tigers on September 1.


Meanwhile, centre Brad Parker and second-rower Ben Trbojevic will be available for selection this week after missing the Warriors match through concussion.


Half Cooper Johns suffered a bicep injury in the NSW Cup game against Penrith in round 24. He returned to non-contact training this week.


Prop Matthew Lodge underwent surgery a fortnight ago after suffering an ACL injury against the Sydney Roosters in round 23. He continues to work on his early stage rehab to manage swelling and improve his range of movement..


Winger Christian Tuipulotu suffered a grade two MCL injury against the Dragons in Wollongong in round 22. Christian has returned to running and will continue to build on his change of direction training and integrate back to training next week.


Second-rower Karl Lawton reinjured his left shoulder against the Dragons in the NSW Cup in round 22. He has had surgery and will be out for the remainder of the season.


Prop Josh Aloiai underwent successful right shoulder reconstructive surgery from the round 21 match against Cronulla. He is recovering in a sling for four weeks before commencing specific rehab work.


Prop Taniela Paseka underwent a successful MCL repair operation after rupturing his right knee against Cronulla in round 21. He is progressing as expected and has commenced lower body strength work around his knee. The standard recovery time is six weeks.


Tom Trbojevic continues to progress well following surgery for a torn pec and is continuing to restore shoulder range and strength.
