I always thought Horo was great.
Another one bites the dust.

Horo is average. He's done well to hold down a first grade spot, and he runs good lines about 50% of the time. But he's also a bit of an arm grabber in defence. If someone more capable takes his spot I won't miss him.

Horo's best was his 1st season at Manly....but the GF & since then has been average at best including turnovers & missed tackles at vital times....playing better recently & had to.

I said at the start of the year that this is the guy I would want at Manly; however, considering that he is similar in stature to Buhrer, Leary and now Brown, I would be a little surprised if we did get him. I know the interchange rules will be better suited to this body type than in recent times; however, four players of the same mould seems a little strange. I won't complain though, as I think he is a real genuine footballer with some old school mongrel in him.

He's a little bigger then those 4 pjayz, Panthers actually want him to play in the front row, but he's stated he wants to remain in the back row.

According to his stats he is 91kg - 3kg lighter than Buhrer. Good luck in the front row (unless his stats are way out of date and he has put on serious size).

i dont mind the signing of tim moltzen on a 1 year deal. he has had a very bad run with injuries. If he still has some speed left in thoses knees of his. He is the sort of gamble you have to take once in a while.

Manly set to announce that they won't make any announcements about signings, but since they aren't going to announce it, they can't even announce the no announcements stance - so it's now just a rumour.

In other news, the Daily Tele, the players and the other clubs have been signed as our new media managers to announce announcements on Manly's behalf; although, this is yet to be announced as it goes against our no announcement policy, so again, it's just a rumour.....
